A definition of Naturism is frequently given; it is issued from a congress of the International Naturism Federation (INF), 1974.

Naturism is a way of life in harmony with nature characterised by the practice of communal nudity, with the intention of encouraging self-respect, respect for others and for the environment. (international Congress - Agde 1974)

This definition is rather mysterious, but when we practise Naturism, we adopt it.

A few general ideas Naturism enables one to accept nudity. One's and other's. At this moment, we can fully benefit by sunshine, and the open-air. Naturism is a gift we can make to our body, and our head. They really deserve it !
